Andy joined the BBC in January 1983 gaining his initial studio experience at Lime Grove Studios before spending two years with News and Current Affairs working in BBC’s Television Centre. He quickly rose to become Lighting Director through his quality work as a Vision Operator, Vision Supervisor and Automated Lighting Operator.
